Wow! I am so grateful to the Ideal Protein Program, my coach Mira and the staff at Forget Me Not Day Spa for helping me achieve new life.

I have lost a total of 115 lbs. following the Ideal Protein Protocol. I have been on Ideal Protein since February 25th, 2015-approximately 65 weeks on Phase 1- with my wonderful coach Mira as my guide. My initial motivation was my daughter’s upcoming wedding and I said to myself it is NOW OR NEVER! I did not want to see pictures of me at the wedding and not like the way I looked. The wedding was last June and I continued on the plan even after the wedding as I was feeling a big difference in my health and well-being and loving it.

I have just turned 60 years young and am looking forward to being a first time Granny. It feels so good to be able to look at pictures and see the me I like to see. It feels so good to finally be able to shop in “regular” clothing stores. It feels so good to be able to walk for a long time without being out of breath. It feels so good to be able to not have to ask for the extra seat belt extender on an airplane. It feels so good to be able to sit down and cross my legs. It feels so good to be told by your doctor that you do not need to take blood pressure pills any longer. It feels so good to be proud of myself and to hear my husband and family talk about how proud they are of me.

It is a long and difficult journey, but if you follow the protocol and keep going, it works. If I can do this, you can too!

I feel better than I have in many years!

The Ideal Protein diet has worked amazingly well for me. Mira has kept me on track, and in only 7 weeks, I feel better than I have in many years. My back pain has almost been alleviated, I have more energy and my overall well being has improved. Mira has been great at retraining my thinking on eating nutritionally.
